This KiwiBuild project was built around a large arborist ‘Pohutukawa’. We have built 25 terraced-style dwellings on the site, in four separate blocks, which will accommodate a variety of 2 and 3 storey building and public parking area. A variety of high quality materials and architectural features are utilized to highlight the project’s character.  We achieved positively contribute to the surrounding area and control budget at the same time.
