Hewlett is a Government Kiwi Build Project located in Massey, West Auckland. The project is a subdivisonal work of 36 residential units and a public basement carpark. The construction work of this project is very challenging. The site forms an irregular rectangle with a height difference of 9m. Our goal was to maximize land utilizationthe. BGC cladding was used in the construction with a high degree of wood grain simulation. In this project we received a high score of 6 from New Zealand Homestar Green Building Council, exceeding the building code standards.
